Traveling Tree House is hitting the road
Tree House Books hasn’t let the pandemic stop them from serving the community. In fact, they’ve used this time to adapt, give back, and dream up some pretty innovative ways of bringing books to families across Philly.
We were so excited to join them for the launch of the Traveling Tree House. This new mobile library is expected to give out as many as 10,000 books in its inaugural year! And the books have been intentionally curated to feature Black authors, and other authors of color telling diverse stories. Because every child deserves to see themselves in the pages of a book.
